Bachata Sensual Musicality: Choreography Edition

We are back with another Bachata Sensual Musicality class that focuses on the understanding of the specific cues, structure, and instruments used in this specific dance. We will also talk & implement the roles of each dancer (leader and follower) in a partnering combination that will be focused on a specific song to help us understand the concepts better!

The class will begin with a discussion of how the structure of Bachata Sensual Musicality is similar and different to Traditonal Bachata Musicality. I will try to be as concise as possible, but the discussion is key to help understand the partner lesson. We plan to make this class more interactive but definitely will have some talking moments!

Knowing these tools, we will then jump right into a partnering combination that will focus on a specific song where we will put to test the musicality concepts in the dance itself! The goal is to have Leaders explore the musicality interpretations while the Followers will learn to understand the cues and focus on interpreting what the Leader is delivering, rather than trying to predict! We will also explore some funky moves that seem impossible, but can totally be done!
