Studio Rentals
We now offer Studio Rentals! We offer a few options at the moment:

Private/Workshop Rental- This is ideal for those who want the entire room to themselves or would like to host a class.

Shared/Daytime Rental- This is perfect for those who simply need a place to practice, don't need a lot of room, and are ok with sharing the space with others.

Special Events- If you are looking for a space to host a special event that requires a little more (provide food, drinks, special occasion party, etc) please email hello@lili.dance for a price quote and if all accommodations can be met.

Studio Rental FAQ
Things to know before booking your Studio Rental:

24 hr Cancellation Policy: Unless emergent, any studio rental booked must have 24 hr notice in order to rebook another time. Failure to do so will result in the charge of half of the price of the Studio Rental.

When booking more than one hour, please write it in the Booking Form (the last question) and I will adjust accordingly if the hours are available!

Long Term/Short Term Rentals: This rental refers to those who rent weekly for more than two weeks. Half the deposit will be required to secure your rental and is NON-REFUNDABLE. The reminder of your deposit will be due before your first rental begins. If you need to reschedule due to non-emergencies, please email a week before your first rehearsal to adjust without penalties, otherwise you will be expected to pay what you booked.

When you arrive, you will either receive a code, or be buzzed into the building. We are located on the second floor. You will also be given a code to access the key lockbox in the hallway. Please do not share this code and allow others who were not approved by Lili Latin Dance to enter the building and studio. Failure to do so will result in inability to book with Lili Latin Dance. Make sure you put the key back when you finish!

Absolutely no street shoes or black rubber shoes that cause markings on the floor. If so you will be responsible for an additional cleaning fee.

Please do not play music as high as possible! We have neighbors, and especially during a shared rental, choose a volume that's comfortable for everyone. Failure to do so (especially if complaints are made) will result in inability to book with Lili Latin Dance.

Drinks inside the fridge are not for free! The water dispenser is available, but any bottled drinks must be purchased

There is a security camera for liability and safety reasons. This will also be checked if any issues arises during the booking.
